«I am a sales and marketing professional spent 15 years in corporate life in a few multinational companies in FMCG and pharmaceuticals. Having spent majority of my professional experience in my hometown, Turkey, I am appointed to another regional role out of my country a year ago. I had many challenges to overcome with my new role. However, one thing I want to share with you in the forum stroked me a lot. Companies are being transformed dramatically with the pressure of cost, technology, competition and values of new generations and many new dynamics. Regardless of geographic scope of your business organisations, teams, emotions, tools and many other things become “remote”. The word seems not dangerous not impactful, is not it?
